Characteristics

It is a long-term internal additive antistatic additive suitable for ABS and HIPS materials. After adding this antistatic agent, the product can still retain very high mechanical properties. This product has low addition, stable surface resistivity and no precipitation, and is suitable for applications requiring excellent antistatic performance (ESD).

Applications

Electronic trays, carrier tapes, carrier tapes, medical instruments, helmets, underground supplies in coal mines, household appliances, automobile parts and other products that need electrostatic discharge protection and dust and suction protection.

Dosage

1. Directly mix with resin for injection molding or mix with resin for extrusion granulation. In order to have better performance, it is suggested to extrude and granulate before injection molding.

2. After unpacking for 24 hours, it is recommended to bake at 85℃ for 2-3 hours to prevent moisture from affecting the material properties..

Electrostatic protection recommended dosage is 13-20% , surface resistivity 10^7-10^10

Dust prevention and suction recommended dosage is 5-10% , surface resistivity 10^11

Package and Storage

2. Moisture affects the quality and it is recommended to avoid moisture or water and seal promptly after opening to prevent contact with moist air.
