Dispersity can be dissolved in common organic solvents, but also
well dispersed into waterborne coatings.
After heat treatment, the fastness of the paint film can be improved significantly by adding it to the automotive original paint, coiled steel coating, textile industry, electronic spraying and electrophoretic paint;
Improve printing fastness to friction and feel, and no formaldehyde emission;
When added to waterborne acrylic resin and waterborne polyurethane emulsion, the adhesion strength can be improved significantly after heat treatment;
Added to the resin emulsion with amino, carboxyl and hydroxyl groups, the strength and friction resistance of the resin can be improved after drying and heat treatment;
Adding it to cotton and polyester cotton treatment pulp together, it can improve its durability, water and oil repellent strength;
When added to the water-soluble adhesive of butadiene latex, the adhesion strength can be improved significantly after heat treatment;
It can obviously improve the scrub resistance, friction resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and weathering resistance of the coating.
Use and toxicity:
KL-120 has no strict requirements for the ionic properties of waterborne coatings and can be used either in anionic or cationic systems or in non-ionic systems. The higher the temperature is, the shorter the treatment time is, usually the curing effect can be obtained within 30 minutes, and the curing time can be shortened by adding a small amount of organotin catalyst.
KL-120 basically odorless, non-toxic, non-flammable products, is a common chemical, leakage or sprinkle on the body can be washed with water.
