Application: 

DB300 is an internal antistatic agent used for polyolefins, non-woven materials, etc. This product provides a good temperature resistance, excellent antistatic effect in PE drums, PP barrel, PP sheets, and non-woven manufacturing.

DB300 can be added into plastic products directly, and can also be prepared to certain concentration antistatic masterbatch to combine with blank resin can get a better effect and homogeneity.

This product is a granular form, no dust, easy to accurate measurement, is very conducive to added directly and keep cleaning in production environments.

Some indication for the level applied in various polymers is given below:

PE：0.5-2.0%

PP：0.5-2.5%

Safety and health: non-toxic, approved for application in food indirect contact packaging materials.

Packaging: 20KG/CARTON

Storage:  Store in a dry place at 25℃ max, avoid direct sunlight and rain. Prolonged storage over 60℃ can cause some lump and discoloration. It is no dangerous, according to general chemical for transport, storage.

Shelf life: Should remain within the specification limits at least one year after production, provided it is properly stored.
