Application Area

This product can be used in watchbands, rubber wheels, films, sheaths, shoe materials, sheet material, etc.

Usage Method

DB-212 can be used directly with polyurethane resin, color masterbatches, and other auxiliary materials, or it can be pre-made into modified materials and then be used.

3.It can be kept for one year when kept cool, dry and unopened. Please use up within 3 months after opening and avoid direct sunlight.

4.For longer use, do not store above 40℃. If the product exceeds the storage period, do a performance test before use.

Precautions

1.The products we offer are all non-toxic and non-hazardous materials. As with handling other hot materials, care must be taken when handling molten polymers to avoid burns to hands and other parts of the exposed body. A small amount of smoke may be generated within the recommended processing temperature range. When the resin is processed at a too high temperature, more degradation products will be produced. Adequate ventilation should be used in the work area to remove fumes and disposal of waste materials must comply with local and national regulations. Splattered product is a slip hazard and loose material must be swept up immediately to prevent slipping by pedestrians.
