Application
DB307 is a non-ionic antistatic agent which is with high temperature resistance and low-oil
migration. This item could be applied to the electronic packaging film, medical packaging film
and lamination. Besides the low-oil migration, excellent thermal stability, this product could also
increase the transparency, reduce the surface oil of the film, DB307 is especially suitable for the
printing products. DB307 could be added into the plastic products directly, and could also be
prepared to antistatic masterbatch to combine with blank resin could get a better effect and
homogeneity.

Dosage
Some indication for the level applied in various polymers is given below:

Package and storage:
1. The product is packed by inner plastic bag, and external woven bags, net weight is 25kg.
2. It is recommended to stored the product in a dry place at 25℃ max, avoid direct sunlight and
rain. Prolonged storage over 60℃ can cause some lump and discoloration. It is no dangerous,
according to general chemical for transport, storage.
3. Should remain within the specification limits at least one year after production, provided it is
properly stored.
