Application:

Antistatic agent DB100 is a non-halogenated complex antistatic agent containing cationic that can be soluble in water. It is widely used in the manufacture of plastics, synthetic fibers, glass fibers, polyurethane foam and coating. Compared with traditional cationic antistatic agents, Antistatic agent DB100 has characteristics of less dosage and excellent antistatic performance at low humidity based on the unique compounding and synergistic technology. The general dosage does not exceed 0.2%. If spray coating is used, good static dissipation is achieved at the low level of   0.05%.

Antistatic agent DB100 can be externally coated in the plastics such as ABS, polycarbonate, polystyrene, soft and rigid PVC, PET, etc. By adding 0.1%-0.3%, the dust accumulation in plastic products can be significantly reduced, thus ensuring the quality of plastic products.

Antistatic agent DB100 can effectively reduce static half period of glass fibers. According to test method in the 《Determination of electrostatic property of glass fiber roving》(GB/T-36494), with the dosage of 0.05%-0.2% , the static half period can be less than 2 seconds so as to avoid negative phenomena such as loose filaments, filaments adhesion and uneven dispersion in the production and pellet cutting of glass fibers.
