Applications :
It is an important stabilizer of polyester products (including PET, PBT, and PEEE) ,polyurethane products, polyamide nylon products, and EVA etc hydrolyze plastic .
Can also prevent water and acid attacks of grease and lubricating oil, enhance the stability .
Can improve the hydrolysis resistance stability performance and service life of many polymers, especially at high temperature under the condition of damp, acid and alkali , including PU, PET, PBT, TPU, CPU, TPEE, PA6, PA66, EVA and so on
Stabilizer 7000 can prevent the lower molecular weight polymer in the process
Dosage:
PET and polyamide monofilament fiber production injection molding products： 0.5-1.5%
Upscale polyols polyurethane TPU, PU, elastomer and polyurethane adhesive：0.7- 1.5%
EVA: 2-3%
Packing ：20kg/ drum
