blended fabrics, wool, silk, polyester and acrylic.
Usage
This product cannot be used directly. It is recommended to dilute at 1:8 or 1:10. First heat the
weighed water to about 50-60℃, then slowly add the weighed EQ-90. Stir at medium to low
speed, and add the ingredients while stirring until a uniform slurry is formed. Cool to room
temperature under stirring conditions. If possible, adjust the pH value to 5-6 for better results.
Note: When diluting this product, it must be operated under good ventilation conditions. The
heating temperature for diluting should not exceed 75℃. This product cannot be heated directly at
temperatures above 75℃. EQ-90 will melt into liquid when the temperature is high, and will condense into paste when the temperature is low. This situation is a physical phenomenon and will not affect the performance of the product.
Dosage
After diluting at 1:10
Impregnation method: 1-3% (o.w.f)
Padding method: 10-15g/L
The above dosage is for reference only. It can be flexibly adjusted according to different fabrics.
